Recipe A - Colorful Vegetable Stroganoff

This recipe is labeled with an A because my husband made the recipe entirely by himself while I was running an errand last night.  I won't count it as part of my 22 recipe quota.  I have to say that this meal was quite delicious.  It has no meat in it, but the recipe book did indicate that adding chicken would be a nice touch.  It was delicious vegetarian-style, but I believe it would be quite yummy with chicken as well.  Bonus for us was that both of our older children ate it with no complaints.  Yippee!!  This will certainly go on the repeat list.  Fresh carrots and broccoli contribute to the "colorful" part of the recipe.  Very good!  Would be wonderful with a salad or cheesy garlic bread.  Taken from Pillsbury Pasta from October of 1996.  If you're interested in learning more or getting the recipe for this delicious linguine dish, please let me know!
