I will be the first to admit that my idea of research is doing a Google search for the birthdate of the lead guy in the Hallmark movie I’m watching. If I’m feeling really excited, I’ll also research the female lead and her character’s father, mother, and sister, as well as the town mayor. Research can be a bit daunting or seem a bit dry, unless you are researching something you’re really excited about, like the best washing machine for your family or how to get spaghetti sauce stains out of your favorite yellow sundress. Okay, so you probably aren’t excited about those particular research topics. I understand.
